The short version: Chérie collects nothing.

Everything you log in Chérie, every calorie, target and setting, is stored in a small file on your own device. It never leaves your phone. Chérie has no servers and makes no network requests of any kind.

There are no analytics, no trackers, no advertising and no third party services receiving your data. The app cannot share what it never sees.

There are no accounts. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to breach, nothing to forget the password to. Chérie requests no sensitive permissions.

To delete your data, clear the app's storage in your system settings or simply uninstall the app. That removes everything, because everything only ever existed on your phone.

Chérie is completely open source, so every one of these claims can be verified in the code itself. If you have questions, open an issue on GitHub.

If this policy ever changes, the change will be visible in the repository history.
